Wow! If you haven't tried this class yet, you are missing out. I am a month out of recovering from a serious car accident that forced me to make a step back from my regular yoga practice and weight lifting. This class has felt like the absolute best PT I can be doing. I am looking forward to the next class and I will be checking the video library soon.

Now I get why camera must be on!  I was getting personal coaching without being named.  I ended completely in the meditation zone & I haven't meditated in a year.  Wow.  Priceless.

As a "senior" age 77, I find the class an excellent opportunity to retrain your physical body to be more flexible and helpful. I recommend this class to everyone that wishes to be more flexible and healthy.

This was a fantastic introduction to meditation! The experience was incredibly relaxing, and the instructor was absolutely awesome, making the class both enjoyable and informative. Despite it being my first time, I felt completely at ease and enjoyed learning the meditation techniques.

Ompractice has helped me to explore new ways of connecting with and challenging myself. Every week there are a variety of classes and opportunities to explore. The teachers have all been excellent and to my amazement in three months I have logged in 25+ hours of class time. I was apprehensive about an online class but after stepping out of my comfort zone I thought it was amazing.

Ompractice is a live online yoga/meditation platform like no other. I love that I don’t need to go anywhere to take a yoga class, especially great with a 5 year old at home. The classes are live which holds me accountable to get on the mat and allows the teacher to give helpful personalized cues. Ompractice is a great place for beginners because the classes are accessible and teachers give cues to keep you safe.

For years, I trekked to the gym for my weekly yoga class. I loved the class and the instructor, but I did not love traveling through ice and snow to get there. Now I do yoga practice at home in the cozy space I have set up. I love that I can work at my own pace and at different times that work for me.
