Totally new to yoga? Curious and interested but not sure how to even get started? Join Chanel for the perfect first-class ever! This 30 min class will introduce you to practicing yoga in a pain-free, fun, and enjoyable way.

No Experience Required

This class is appropriate for all students with all experience levels, including new and beginner students who are still learning the basics.

Chanel is a RYT-200 certified instructor who started her yoga journey when she injured her knee and her physical therapist suggested yoga as a form of healing. At first she thought yoga was going to just be “stretching” but quickly learned it brought far more benefits both emotionally and physically. Chanel teaches a vinyasa (flow) style class that encourages her students to try new things in a non-judgemental environment.
