All levels and ages welcome to find freedom on the mat with a gentle and calming yoga practice. Clear your mind and enjoy a flow that will build self-confidence, relaxation, health and happiness. Instruction is primarily verbal cueing; minimal physical demonstration. Recommended props: yoga mat

Jessica took her first yoga class near her college town in Michigan and fell in love with yoga. Through her journey she found that yoga always helped to center her and she fully supports allowing yoga to be fun and rewarding. Jessica enjoys teaching Gentle Yoga, Wellness, Fitness and Relaxation Themed Classes to people of all ages and body types. Based in Oahu, Hawaii, she loves to share the aloha spirit and the unifying gifts of yoga.
