This powerful 60 min session is a deeply healing yet strongly invigorating 60 minute yoga practice. We will integrate the power of mindful meditation with the strength of a commanding vinyasa practice. An opportunity to release the old and embark on the new, this curated flow of poses and heart-opening inspiration will deeply connect our practice of balance, endurance, and power on the mat, to our life and purpose off the mat. We will connect body, heart and mind through innovative and athletic sequencing, as we learn to live our ‘best life’ and elevate our awareness that we are the creators of our own reality.
