I recently participated in an iRest Yoga Nidra class during a particularly stressful day, and I wasn't sure what to expect. However, by the end of the session, I experienced a profound sense of calm and relaxation that I hadn't felt in a very long time, if ever. The practice helped me reconnect with a deep sense of inner peace, providing a much needed respite from the day's challenges. My experience certainly reflects that. I'm grateful for the opportunity to have discovered this practice and look forward to incorporating it into my routine Annie was amazing, I’m usually not into guided meditation however, Annie’s voice allowed me to fall into a much needed relaxation.

I have mental health issues, although the meds help a little, I find groups such as this one really help keep my mind centered, the body calmer, and all around more positive attitude and outlook. Very grateful for these classes
