Join Cornelius for this special and FUN mobility-focused class with a strong emphasis on balance and control while moving from seated to standing. We'll work on different methods of hip mobility, coordination, and flexibility to successfully get off of the ground. Also included: a light yoga flow and some barre balancing routines to weave it all together and leave you feeling energized! Recommended props: yoga mat
This class is appropriate for all students with all experience levels, including new and beginner students who are still learning the basics.
You'll get a great workout, and still have energy later.

Cornelius found his way to yoga through his college dance teacher and reconnected with yoga, years later, after a dance injury while performing professionally with The Lion King on Broadway. He currently lives in Los Angeles, CA as a yoga instructor (ERYT 200), L1 Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, and performer.
