Jane, a forever a student, and often a teacher, holds over 1500 hours of teacher training from multiple schools including over 600 hours from Baptiste Institute. She has been blessed to study with many great teachers including Baron Baptiste, Natasha Rizopoulous, Barbara Benagh and Patricia Walden. She is a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor from Kripalu Institute and Down Under Yoga. She also loves to teach Meditation and periodically retreat to study silence at Hridaya Institute. Yoga has taught her to approach life with an insatiable curiosity and openness of spirit. She teaches a soulful, slow flow alignment based vinyasa where self inquire is encouraged and joy of being is the pinnacle.
Learn moreJane's emphasis is alignment and she gives some great cues to make poses more accessible. I've taken those suggestions to my other classes and have found them very helpful. She shares the yoga philosophy throughout class and I love that! Great instructor!

Always a good and challenging way to start the day with Jane, who is an excellent teacher. I learn something new every class even though I have been practicing yoga for 20+ years.

Challenging, but totally accessible. I worked up A sweat, and enjoyed every minute. The time flew by. Jane encouraged us to try balances, and gave us options Depending on our ability. I will definitely take this class again.
