What Students Are Saying

Victoria B

There’s a lot of stretching and restorative poses but the pace is lively enough to keep it interesting. It’s fun.

Calm, introspective and mindful of the positions of the body in the shapes. Exactly what my stiff body needed this evening.

Jane has a very calming and soothing voice for this class. The movements and shapes were just what I needed to bring space into my body. I feel so relaxed and can't think of nothing but going to bed. Perfect restoration class for a Sunday evening/end of my week to recharge and prepare for the week to come. The saying is true time flies when you're having fun – this hour gos by really quick.

The poses were a perfect mix of relax and restore. There were options for each pose to take things deeper or get back into a more comfortable space. Loved it!
