About this Class
Experience the gradual muscle toning and realignment possibilities of tai chi exercise while safely seated in a chair. Gently strengthen muscles integral to balance, and finish feeling increased vitality!
This class is appropriate for all students with all experience levels, including new and beginner students who are still learning the basics.

With a 30+ year foundation in martial arts, Patricia started her tai chi journey over 25 years ago. Enjoying her grandchildren in the Austin, Texas region, she teaches tai chi classes for all levels of ability and as a Master Trainer she trains tai chi instructors for the Tai Chi for Health Institute. A former Gold and Siler medalist in International Tai Chi competition, Patricia seeks to bring the tranquility and joy of tai chi to everyone, at any level!
