Join Ompractice instructor Cornelius Jones Jr. for a 20 minute intro to full body barre! This high-energy class is a ballet and modern dance inspired workout with elements of yoga and pilates. This practice focuses on movements that will tone and strengthen your full body including core, legs, arms, and glutes.
This class is appropriate for all students with all experience levels, including new and beginner students who are still learning the basics.
Prepare to breathe hard, have your heart rate up, and get sweaty.
You will need a yoga mat, sturdy chair with a solid back, a block, and light weights (2-5 pounds, optional).

Cornelius found his way to yoga through his college dance teacher and reconnected with yoga, years later, after a dance injury while performing professionally with The Lion King on Broadway. He currently lives in Los Angeles, CA as a yoga instructor (ERYT 200), L1 Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, and performer.
