This 45-minute Mindful Self-Care Yoga class is ideal for those looking to ground themselves after having a hectic day. It will inspire you to embrace playfulness and fun in your practice. We begin with a gentle grounding exercise that uses the breath as a tool to become self-aware. This is a playful sequence where the whole body will be equally stretched and strengthened with mindful movement to bring playfulness. Cool down with a spinal and hip stretch before retiring to Savasana.

Yely Rivas is a Venezuelan-born US citizen, fluent in English and Spanish, a former Venezuelan attorney with a Master of Law from the University of Illinois, and former yoga studio owner in California. With nearly two decades of experience in yoga and meditation, she holds E-RYT 500 and YACEP certifications through Yoga Alliance in Vinyasa Yoga, Functional Yin Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Anatomy and as a Flexologist, and continues to accumulate thousands of hours of teaching to hundreds of students. She now lives in Florida, and through Self Care Coaching and hosting annual Yoga and Self Care Retreats at eco-luxurious locations in Latin America, she helps busy professionals prevent and overcome burnout, enabling them to reconnect with their inner passion and joy so they can live life to the fullest.
