A shortened version of our traditional Ompractice Vinyasa Yoga class to fit your schedule. Flow through a creative sequence of poses focusing on linking conscious breath to fluid movement to awaken your strength, energy, and flexibility. Leave feeling grounded and invigorated! Instruction is primarily verbal cueing; minimal physical demonstration. Recommended props: yoga mat
Previous yoga experience strongly recommended.
This class expects students to have some level of prior experience.
You'll get a great workout, and still have energy later.
Ashley started her yoga career in 2012 when she stepped into a studio and took her first power yoga class and has been a steadfast student ever since. She has completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training and now shares her love of the practice with anyone and everyone! She is a true believer in encouraging students to come as they are and to be willing to have fun discovering their true power through physical asana and mindful breath and movement.

Good pace that built to peak followed by cool down. Posed worked my entire body with quick pace. Challenging enough to fully engage my attention into the present.
