Join Cornelius for a beginner-friendly yoga session designed to help you release tension and reconnect with your inner-calm. Through simple, grounding postures and intentional breathing, you will learn practical tools for managing stress that you can use anytime. Cornelius demos everything and meets you exactly where you are - no experience needed. A perfect midday reset.

No Experience Required

This class is appropriate for all students with all experience levels, including new and beginner students who are still learning the basics.

Cornelius found his way to yoga through his college dance teacher and reconnected with yoga, years later, after a dance injury while performing professionally with The Lion King on Broadway. He currently lives in Los Angeles, CA as a yoga instructor (ERYT 200), L1 Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, and performer.
