About this Class
Flow through a gentle sequence of poses linking conscious breath to fluid movement. This beginner-friendly class is designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and leave you feeling calmer and more grounded. No experience needed - Shanna will guide you through each pose with clear instruction and plenty of modifications.
This class is appropriate for all students with all experience levels, including new and beginner students who are still learning the basics.
Gentle, with slow sustained movement on the mat.

Shanna is a writer and yoga teacher who speaks to the intersectionality of Yoga and social justice. She has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 2 decades, studying Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, Sanskrit, Yoga Sutras, and Vedic studies, including the Gita, and is an E-RYT 500. She teaches diversity and inclusion as well as accessibility trainings and workshops and loves making practices fun and accessible for all bodies.
