March Mindfulness: Stress-Less Challenge

Embrace a beginner's mindset and take three classes tagged "Great for Beginners" during the the month of February. Whether you're brand new to mindful movement or you have decades of yoga experience, it's always good to occasionally get back to basics and to refresh your practice with the openness and eagerness that a beginner's mindset brings.

Classes tagged as "Great for Beginners" are hand-selected by the Ompractice team as great classes where all will feel welcome, regardless of background or experience level. Scroll down to see the full list of eligible classes. Lastly, have no fear — it's a leap year, so you'll have an extra day this month to get that third class in!
