A traditional Hatha yoga class that is more static with longer holds. Great for beginners. Class may include some breathing exercises & meditation. Instruction is primarily verbal cueing; minimal physical demonstration. Recommended props: yoga mat, blocks (or books)
This class is appropriate for all students with all experience levels, including new and beginner students who are still learning the basics.
You'll get a great workout, and still have energy later.
Tryphena (T) started her yoga practice in 2005 when she was living in New York City as a hotelier for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Her first training was in India with Moksha Yoga. Tryphena is one of a few 500hr certified Baptiste teachers in Asia. She has led numerous workshops, retreats, as well as teacher trainings over the years. T now teaches yoga in Hong Kong & seeks to share a complete & grounded practice with her students.
