About this Class

Feel the need to move and build heat in your body? This class is what you need if you want to challenge your practice and enhance your confidence. During this class you will be guided with anatomical precision through creative sequences and move to the rhythm of your breath. Classes are themed and designed to help you connect with your breath, move your body with intention, and anchor your attention in the present moment, giving your mind a chance to rest and reset. Regular practice may lead to physical, mental, and emotional strength, flexibility, and resilience. Suitable for intermediate and advanced practitioners. Classes include variations and modifications. The use of props is recommended. Recommended props: yoga mat, blocks (or books), strap (or scarf/towel), blanket

Previous yoga experience strongly recommended.
