This class is awesome! Brittney is fun and demonstrates the poses with us. I am a visual learner and so does she. Thus, she moves with the class

Such a great class all around. I get my sweat on and come out of class with more mobility in my hips and upper back.

It was just the right amount of challenge: I feel as if I got the perfect balance of cardio and strength, mixed with some balance work. Enjoying that sweaty post exercise glow!

This class is exactly what I have been needing and looking for after giving birth 3 months ago. I feel empowered to strengthen my pelvic muscles that did so much hard work during labor and need some extra attention to get back to β€œnormal”.

Excellent class. Didn't feel too difficult during, but I was sore the day after - the good kind of sore which equates to a good, healthy workout. I liked it and will take it again!
