About this Class

This Pilates class will focus on building abdominal strength, core stability and spine mobility while bringing awareness to the breath and the body as a whole. It is a wonderful complement to one's yoga practice. Appropriate for all levels. No equipment needed. Recommended props: yoga or Pilates mat, small Pilates ball or block

No Experience Required

This class is appropriate for all students with all experience levels, including new and beginner students who are still learning the basics.

Jayne has been practicing Pilates for the past fifteen years and more recently was inspired to become a certified Balanced Body Pilates Mat instructor. While vacationing in Jamaica, she took a mat class on the beach that convinced her to pursue her dream; to inspire others to keep their bodies and minds fit through every decade. Jayne’s class challenges her students’ deep core, balance, and flexibility and is suitable for any fitness level.
