Slow Flow Express

Sundays at 3:45pm
30min

About this Class

This class will inspire confidence, acceptance as we thoughtfully build stamina, strength and flexibility. We begin and end on that mat with breath work and then work our way to standing and balance poses. Allowing more time in transitions, and noticing the space between postures, this flow will have you tuning in and resetting. Sequences are creative and every class sets an intention. Cues encourage practicing with a beginner's mind. We use many props to enhance the shape of poses. No experience necessary and all levels welcome! Poses will be taught with progressions. Recommended props: yoga mat, blocks (or books), blanket, strap (or scarf/towel)

No Experience Required

This class is appropriate for all students with all experience levels, including new and beginner students who are still learning the basics.

Moderate

You'll get a great workout, and still have energy later.

🎥 Camera-On Classes

We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for the safety of all students, and for the teacher to be able to give in the moment feedback and support.

Devon Wilson-HillJoined March 2023

Devon began yoga as a young person looking for balance physically and to ground her mentally. She found both! She began with a set sequence and studied more athletic styles. Now she craves a slower, steadier flow. Devon is often on the move as a mother and a running enthusiast. She has completed a 200 hour training with Mimi Loureiro, a 500 hour training with Barbara Benagh, and studied with many others along the way.
