Shanna is a writer and yoga teacher who speaks to the intersectionality of Yoga and social justice. She has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 2 decades, studying Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, Sanskrit, Yoga Sutras, and Vedic studies, including the Gita, and is an E-RYT 500. She teaches diversity and inclusion as well as accessibility trainings and workshops and loves making practices fun and accessible for all bodies.
