About this Class

A more fluid practice with the emphasis on linking breath to movements. Suitable for all levels – some basic yoga knowledge is required. Instruction is primarily verbal cueing; minimal physical demonstration. Recommended props: yoga mat, blocks (or books)

Previous yoga experience strongly recommended.

Tryphena ChiaJoined June 2020

Tryphena (T) started her yoga practice in 2005 when she was living in New York City as a hotelier for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Her first training was in India with Moksha Yoga. Tryphena is one of a few 500hr certified Baptiste teachers in Asia. She has led numerous workshops, retreats, as well as teacher trainings over the years. T now teaches yoga in Hong Kong & seeks to share a complete & grounded practice with her students.
