Tap-tap, is this thing on? Dropping in for a very quick Mid-May update!
We have two WALKING classes this Wednesday, the 21st (11am and 12pm Eastern) as part of the Department of Veterans Affairs VA2K program (but EVERYONE is welcome!)
A fun, low-impact walking workout you can do right at home. Move through easy-to-follow steps like marches, kicks, and side steps to build strength, boost energy, and feel better—no equipment or experience needed. As an aside, I'd love for feedback after this class to see if it's something we might consider adding to the regular schedule!
