Barbara began her fitness career in early 2000 as a personal trainer. During that time, she was introduced to the world of Pilates and saw its benefits, and how it complemented and enhanced her weight training, running ability, and overall health and well-being. She is certified in STOTT Training, holds specialty tracks in both Dance and Mat through continuing education credits, and continues to learn and grow as an instructor, remaining current with new techniques and methods. She loves being able to help inspire people to become better versions of themselves, and enjoys motivating her clients so they can experience a transformative workout.
I am so grateful for the opportunity to get back on track to becoming healthy again. I love the encouragement and support that Barbara gives during her Pilates mat class. Barbara is certified in STOTT Pilates, which encompasses a contemporary approach to the original Pilates method. She holds specialty tracks in both Dance and Mat through Continuing Education Credits, and has completed a Trauma Informed Training. She continues to learn and grow as an instructor, remaining current with new techniques and programming. Barbara is honored to be a part of someone’s fitness journey. She loves being able to help inspire people to become better versions of themselves, and enjoys motivating her clients so they can experience a transformative workout.
