Beth loves sharing Yoga as an act of self care, with an attitude of kindness and devotion toward self. Her teaching creatively draws from her own practices in a wide range of movement styles including chi gong, hatha, kundalini, chair, restorative and somatic yoga and includes asana, breathwork, gentle movement, kriyas, shaking, mantras and sounding, mudras, meditation, visualization, affirmation, and energy healing but the purpose is always the cultivation of embodiment, emotional resilience and wholeness (holiness). She currently lives in France.
Beth is a calm and wise teacher who thoughtfully creates a safe, dynamic, and restorative space. I feel the positive impact of this class lasts long after. Thank you Beth!

Beth is so warm and accommodating. I asked her last week if she had any poses for a tight groin and she planned today's class around my request! It was just a wonderful practice.

Beth was very thorough and her class offered a well rounded, excellent introductory experience. This was a fun variation on the gentle, inclusive and typically well structured classes that Beth provides. Plus, everyone there seemed to have benefited: faces were universally lit up with happiness! We all really enjoyed ourselves! Thank you Beth and Ompractice!

Beth is an amazing, knowledgeable instructor. She logs on about 15 minutes early, and chats with students. which leads students to talk to each other. I feel like I know the other 'regulars', which makes me feel part of the Ompractice Community.

For years, I trekked to the gym for my weekly yoga class. I loved the class and the instructor, but I did not love traveling through ice and snow to get there. Now I do yoga practice at home in the cozy space I have set up. My favorite instructor is Beth Ciesco. I love that I can work at my own pace and at different times that work for me.
