Bri has always been fascinated with the human mind, body and soul and what it is capable of. She began practicing yoga in 2010, and over the years has learned a tremendous amount of information with mentors such as Marshan Sam, Shawna Schenk, Mark Knowles and a vast number of books and articles paving the way for her own journey. She became an RYT-200 in 2018, and has been excited to share the medicine of mindful movement, yoga, meditation and breathwork with others ever since. She is a forever student and is the kind of teacher who enjoys turning anything into a learning moment for everyone. By opening up the mind, heart and body during practice, Bri helps bring moments of playfulness, creativity, discovery and wonder to yourself and surroundings--on and off the mat.
Bri has a great sense of explaining and feeling of the students. She knows right amount of leading the challenge and ease the poses. Love her class. Actually I am evaluating and writing in my Yoga PhD research about "Yoga Instructor in USA". She is one of my best instructors. Thanks!

Bri is warm, thoughtful, caring. She also does a great job of demo-ing and explaining what to do simultaneously. She is accepting of feedback, always modeling ways to flow with life! Her class is not stagnant, but always evolving
