Eric Brown began practicing yoga and meditation in 1983 in search of self-healing. He’s studied many styles of yoga including Ashtanga, Kripalu, Pranakriya, Kundalini, Yin and Power/Vinyasa Flow while living in Los Angeles. His classes are an eclectic blend of those experiences. Eric is an E-RYT 500/YACEP and holds multiple yoga teaching certifications with over 1500 hrs of training.
This class is a great way to start the day! It has helped me understand the effects of breath on the body. It's a great class to try if you are new or experienced in breathwork. I highly recommend it! Eric explains everything so well and keeps the class moving and very interesting. His gentle, calm approach makes even more complex exercises understandable. Great!

Mr. Eric Brown is phenomenal, astute, and a well educated instructor. He's simply humble and a true master of the pranayama art! His teaching, body language, and demeanor while instructing learners shows his ability to create a subtle ease to one's mind, and offers a way to promote a realm of success to all students. I must say, I would highly recommend Mr. Eric Brown to many others when possible. And, it was a truly awesome class experience!

Eric Brown is a humble teacher that teaches from a place of deep experience and learning that comes from numerous 200 and 500 hr teacher trainings in various yoga traditions and thousands of hours of study, practice and teaching of yoga over the past several decades. He began practicing yoga and meditation in search of self-healing. His teaching focuses on the importance of breath as a guide, source of strength and path to an increased level of aliveness.
