Prema spent 9 years traveling, studying, and teaching at spiritual centers all over the world and has completed over 1500 hours of training. She is certified to teach Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yoga Energetics, Yin, Restorative, Prenatal Yoga, Kids Yoga, Mommy & Me Yoga, and Vipassana Meditation. Her teaching style supports students of all abilities to flourish in their practice attuning them to a vibration of love and the infinite potential of connection.

Prema is always attentive to each participant, and provides adjustments when necessary. Her calm and peaceful voice puts you into a “yin” state of mind. So nice. I try to attend as many of Prema’s classes as I can

Prema Posner is a seasoned 500-hour YTT Yoga and Meditation Teacher with over 16 years of experience, empowering students worldwide to heal their hearts, set powerful intentions, and manifest their dreams. Her teaching journey began in 2009 with a transformative pilgrimage to India, where she completed her 500-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training on the banks of the holy Ganges River in Rishikesh. For eight years, Prema immersed herself in yoga, meditation, energetic healing, and mysticism, training with Master Teachers and Shamans at spiritual centers across Bali, Thailand, Peru, Guatemala, and beyond. Currently, Prema serves as a Lead Mentor/Teacher for the Chopra and Institute of Integrative Nutrition 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, co-created by Deepak Chopra and Sarah Platt Finger. In this role, she guides hundreds of students worldwide to become yoga teachers, emphasizing mindfulness, self-awareness, and holistic well-being. Prema shares the deeply healing and nurturing practices of Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Meditation with the Ompractice community. She is deeply committed to providing resources for students with trauma and PTSD, drawing from her extensive training and personal experiences. Her empathetic approach stems from her own journey of healing, guiding students with compassion and understanding.
