Balance the Yang (active) aspects of your life with this slower paced style of Yin (calmness). The practice will help you to relax and unwind to recenter yourself by stimulating Chi movement through acupressure in the Meridian Lines, bringing mindfulness to your mind and mobility to your body. Combining massage stimulation with yoga therapy balls for myofascial release followed by yin postures with emphasis on acupressure point stimulation to release tension and create healthy stress in the connective tissues.
