Bri has always been fascinated with the human mind, body and soul and what it is capable of. She began practicing yoga in 2010, and over the years has learned a tremendous amount of information with mentors such as Marshan Sam, Shawna Schenk, Mark Knowles and a vast number of books and articles paving the way for her own journey. She became an RYT-200 in 2018, and has been excited to share the medicine of mindful movement, yoga, meditation and breathwork with others ever since. She is a forever student and is the kind of teacher who enjoys turning anything into a learning moment for everyone.
