A calming, grounding practice designed to support rest and relaxation. In this special edition of Eric's Breathwork class, he’ll use gentle movement and soothing breathing techniques to quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and prepare the body for deep, restorative sleep. Rooted in the yogic science of pranayama, this class offers simple, accessible tools to help ease tension, reduce nighttime restlessness, and create the conditions for a more peaceful night’s rest.
This class is appropriate for all students with all experience levels, including new and beginner students who are still learning the basics.
Gentle

Eric Brown began practicing yoga and meditation in 1983 in search of self-healing. He’s studied many styles of yoga including Ashtanga, Kripalu, Pranakriya, Kundalini, Yin and Power/Vinyasa Flow while living in Los Angeles. His classes are an eclectic blend of those experiences. Eric is an E-RYT 500/YACEP and holds multiple yoga teaching certifications with over 1500 hrs of training.
