A calming yoga class designed to gently release tension and reset the nervous system using a chair and yoga blocks for support. This class is appropriate for all students with all experience levels, including new and beginner students who are still learning the basics.
Gentle
Bri has always been fascinated with the human mind, body and soul and what it is capable of. She began practicing yoga in 2010, and over the years has learned a tremendous amount of information with mentors such as Marshan Sam, Shawna Schenk, Mark Knowles and a vast number of books and articles paving the way for her own journey. She became an RYT-200 in 2018, and has been excited to share the medicine of mindful movement, yoga, meditation and breathwork with others ever since. She is a forever student and is the kind of teacher who enjoys turning anything into a learning moment for everyone. By opening up the mind, heart and body during practice, Bri helps bring moments of playfulness, creativity, discovery and wonder to yourself and surroundings--on and off the mat.
