This class is appropriate for all students with all experience levels, including new and beginner students who are still learning the basics.

Ann Swanson (MS, C-IAYT, LMT, ERYT-500) has her Master's of Science in yoga therapy and roots studying yoga in India and tai chi in China. Ann specializes in pain relief, with certification in Yoga for Arthritis and Tai Chi for Arthritis. Her book Science of Yoga has been translated into over 15 languages. Currently, she is writing a book on meditation with Harvard researcher Dr. Sara Lazar and a book on tai chi with master Dr. Paul Lam. Join Ann weekly for intelligently sequenced classes for pain relief and healthy aging.
