A special version of Tasha's "Every Day Strong" class! This is self-care combined with a functional fitness class that will strengthen you for your day-to-day activities so you can have confidence to live the life you want to live. This is a body weight class only - no props required.

Tasha found her way into the fitness world by selling gym memberships in 2003. After becoming a personal trainer and becoming certified to teach yoga within one month of each in 2004, she has become an international trainer and presenter, teaching several movement modalities and inspiring people to get moving in whatever way feels authentic to them. She is the mother of two grown children and the grandmother of one.
Learn moreI appreciate all of the varying movements that we did in class, and the option to make any modifications that I might need. I felt like I was definitely strengthening muscles that would help me in my everyday tasks. My heart rate got up at certain times, and I felt like I got a great 30 minute workout. Tasha was fun and motivational to work with. Sheβs encouraging and upbeat. I appreciate her knowledge and professionalism.

I really loved this class as it was different than the yoga classes because we were doing strength-training movements. I liked the pace and the length. It was a very warm and welcoming environment.

It is a good morning routine. I spent the summer nursing a broken bone and lost too much muscle strength. This class is an easy first step back into an exercise routine. I appreciate that she explained and demonstrated the movements.
