Tasha found her way into the fitness world by selling gym memberships in 2003. After becoming a personal trainer and becoming certified to teach yoga within one month of each in 2004, she has become an international trainer and presenter, teaching several movement modalities and inspiring people to get moving in whatever way feels authentic to them.
