This is a mobility class combined with strength designed to take you through exercises that will improve your ability to move safely and independently through everyday living. This is a body weight class only; no props are needed. It will be beginner friendly but all levels welcome.
This class is appropriate for all students with all experience levels, including new and beginner students who are still learning the basics.
Gentle
Charisse has been a fitness enthusiast for most of her life. Her journey started after the loss of 2 of her immediate family members due to health issues, which gave her the motivation to kick start where she is currently. She is now a Certified Personal Trainer with NASM, with a myriad of certifications. She is also a Group Fitness Instructor with Les Mills and teaches a variety of classes. Charisse's class challenges her students with total body movements in a way that is necessary for healthy aging and is suitable for all fitness levels.

It was a great full body fast pace work out. I love the modifications and options for harder levels. The teacher was very interactive and fun which made the class a lot more enjoyable.

I took this class because I am interested in learning more about functional exercises. This was a great reminder that everyday movements that we take for granted are so important! And if we take classes like this one and focus on those things we take for granted, we'll still have access to those movements and muscle groups later on in life. I highly recommend this class!
