The super simple practice is accessible to ALL bodies. We will open up our shoulders and necks, get some movement into our spines, and finish with hip release poses. The whole class can be done seated in a chair, if you are more comfortable that way. This Gentle stretch practice will be offered in a brief 35 minutes so you can get on with your day, feeling more comfortable in your body.
This class is appropriate for all students with all experience levels, including new and beginner students who are still learning the basics.

Emily is a certified teacher and integrative yoga therapist with over 700 hours of training. Her training includes a variety of styles (Iyengar, Ashtanga, and therapeutic), and she enjoys blending them through her lifetime of kinesthetic knowledge as a dancer. Emily has been teaching yoga for 25 years and is an advocate of its unique healing benefits. She teaches a fully accessible class that specializes in offering mindful movements, lots of options to modify for more ease in the body, and organic transitions.
