About this Class

Unwind with Val in this gentle mobility class designed to release tension, de-stress, and improve sleep. Through slow, intentional movement and mindful breathing, you’ll melt away the day’s stress and find ease from head to toe.

No Experience Required

This class is appropriate for all students with all experience levels, including new and beginner students who are still learning the basics.

Meet Your Teacher

Valerie MinosJoined September 2018

Val has been a teacher for eight years and has taught classes in many different settings. She completed her 200 hour RYT teacher training 2014 at Vertical Soul Yoga and since then has taken over 200 hours of training in various yoga modalities. Her goal in each class is to provide a balanced, yet challenging practice for all students that will leave you feeling strong, able and centered.
