Yoga is for everyone and we have the perfect starting point for yogis who are new to their mat. Intro to Yoga is accessible to all! In this class, we will provide you with a safe space to get comfortable on your mat. You’ll have time to explore and experience basic poses essential to the practice, be given detailed alignment and breath cues in each pose, and have your questions answered and explained. You’ll also learn many frequently used yoga terms and pose names and discover modifications for common poses when needed. Attend one time, or come to several! Each class is different and will set you up to participate in and enjoy many of the wonderful classes that Ompractice has to offer. Recommended props: yoga mat

IN MEMORIAM We miss and love our wonderful teacher and friend Traci Ayers and invite you to take her classes anytime on our video library. Traci came to yoga at age 39, taking a 15 min youtube yoga class “by accident”. She didn’t realize she was practicing yoga until the end when the teacher mentioned it. One 15 min class however, she was hooked! Traci is a RYT 200 certified instructor from a school in Rishikesh after a 30 day immersion in yoga teacher training in India. She is also certified as a Detoxification Specialist and Family Herbalist. She enjoys bringing students to an understanding of how their yoga practice is working for them, and how to use this valuable resource to equip themselves to affect a balanced, harmonious lifestyle.
