A joint-specific practice that takes you through different ranges of motion of a particular area of your body and lets you explore different yoga-adjacent movements to help improve your mobility. This class is for anyone who is looking to improve their range of motion and joint health. Typical movements include circling the joints in a variety of positions such as from seated, tabletop, child's pose, reclined and standing. NOTE: Most of the class can be modified to be done solely in a chair. Recommended props: yoga mat, blocks (or books), blanket
This class is appropriate for all students with all experience levels, including new and beginner students who are still learning the basics.

Allison is a 500 Hour E-RYT with certifications in Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Prenatal Yoga, FRC® (functional range conditioning), is a third degree black belt in Karate-do, and has led international workshops, yoga teaching trainings. She is a movement lover and has an affinity for studying and exploring human movement which led her to yoga. Outside of moving and reading yoga philosophy, Allison enjoys a life full of mosaic art, language learning, and spending time with her four cats and husband.
