In just 45 minutes, you'll be guided through a simple yet effective sequence designed for all levels. You'll experience gentle stretches, twists, supported inversion, and hip openers, all while staying safely and comfortably on your back. This class can be done in bed for those not comfortable getting to the ground. No experience necessary—everyone is welcome!
This class is appropriate for all students with all experience levels, including new and beginner students who are still learning the basics.

Emily is a certified teacher and integrative yoga therapist with over 700 hours of training. Her training includes a variety of styles (Iyengar, Ashtanga, and therapeutic), and she enjoys blending them through her lifetime of kinesthetic knowledge as a dancer. Emily has been teaching yoga for 25 years and is an advocate of its unique healing benefits. She teaches a fully accessible class that specializes in offering mindful movements, lots of options to modify for more ease in the body, and organic transitions.
