In this class, we will explore the principles of power yoga asana with an emphasis on doing it at our own pace, with modifications as necessary. We will use breath work, asana, pace and sequence to build strength, align energy, and refine power. Recommended props: blocks (or books), strap (or scarf/towel), blanket

This class expects students to have some level of prior experience.

Reggie began his yoga journey in 2014, seeking inner peace during professional challenges. Now a 500-hour certified teacher, he is known for sharing techniques for cultivating peace and ease in daily life to Members of Congress and their staff, mission-oriented organizations, healthcare leaders and more. His teaching practice is designed for all levels and lifestyles; the only thing required is an open mind. The focus of his teaching is to bring more peace and balance to those doing advocacy work, while guiding the wellness community toward being more engaged, concerned citizens. He believes achieving this balance is how we catalyze transformative change.
