You may think that Pilates requires being flexible or a specific body type, but that’s not what this is about. This class will help you connect with your body on a deeper level and do things that you didn’t think you were capable of. By focusing on the “powerhouse,” Pilates brings awareness to flexibility, posture and core strength. Expect to stretch, sweat, flow, and experience classical Pilates with a contemporary twist. Recommended props: yoga or Pilates mat, light 1-3 lb hand weights (or water bottles/cans), mini ball (or small sturdy sofa pillow)
This class is appropriate for all students with all experience levels, including new and beginner students who are still learning the basics.

Mychele is a Certified Personal Trainer, Dance, Pilates and Yoga Instructor with over a decade of experience helping people build strength, improve mobility, and flexibility. She became a Certified Yoga Teacher initially in 2016 after practicing as a student for many years. She deepened her studies by re-certifying since 2020 adding Restorative, Yin, Chair and TRX Yoga to her offerings.
