Prenatal Yoga
About this Class
A grounded prenatal yoga practice for expectant parents at any stage of pregnancy. Move gently, connect with your baby, and tap into your own inherent steadiness, strength, and ease. Each session pairs 30 minutes of mindful movement with an optional 10-15 minute conversation where Allison can answer questions, provide modifications and assist in discovering other Ompractice classes that can work for you. No yoga experience needed. NOTE: This class is only for people who are currently pregnant.
This class is appropriate for all students with all experience levels, including new and beginner students who are still learning the basics.
