All are welcome to enjoy thirty minutes of slow flow to celebrate Veteran’s Day with Katy. This trauma informed, all levels class will help you create a sense of groundedness and we will enjoy the opportunity to move our bodies together. While no experience is required some familiarity with basic poses might be helpful.
This class is appropriate for all students with all experience levels, including new and beginner students who are still learning the basics.

Katy is a registered yoga teacher trained in vinyasa, stationary, and yin yoga completing her initial training in 2011 with Yax Yoga Concepts in North Carolina. She is also an Army veteran, military spouse and mom of 4 kids. Katy has since been passionately sharing the life changing effects of a regular yoga practice with students in studios, on the beach, and in CrossFit gyms. Katy looks forward to teaching you wherever you are in the midst of your life.
