To celebrate the dawning of Spring, we will come together in community to harvest the wisdom of winter and sow the seeds of Spring so that they can be in full bloom over the course of Spring into Summer. Spring represents rebirth, renewal and new beginnings, building upon the wisdom of lessons learned during the introversion of winter. We will gather to reflect on what we hope for this Spring - our dreams, our hopes, and our activities. This class will include meditation, movement, sound and intention setting to lay the foundation for Spring 2023. Recommended props: yoga mat, meditation cushion, pillow, bolster or chair
This class is appropriate for all students with all experience levels, including new and beginner students who are still learning the basics.

Reggie began his yoga journey in 2014, seeking inner peace during professional challenges. Now a 500-hour certified teacher, he is known for sharing techniques for cultivating peace and ease in daily life to Members of Congress and their staff, mission-oriented organizations, healthcare leaders and more. His teaching practice is designed for all levels and lifestyles; the only thing required is an open mind. The focus of his teaching is to bring more peace and balance to those doing advocacy work, while guiding the wellness community toward being more engaged, concerned citizens. He believes achieving this balance is how we catalyze transformative change.
