We made it to Friday! A longer version of our traditional Ompractice Vinyasa Yoga class to fit into your morning schedule. Flow through a creative sequence of poses focusing on linking conscious breath to mindful movement to awaken your strength, energy, and mobility. Move into your weekend feeling grounded and invigorated! Instruction is primarily verbal cueing; but some physical demonstrations and modifications will be provided. Recommended props: yoga mat

This class expects students to have some level of prior experience.

Dannika is a 200-hour and 300-hour registered yoga instructor recognized through Yoga Alliance. She is a charismatic teacher who enlightens her students with authenticity and integrity, meeting them exactly where they are. She shares her yogic insight through mindful movements, creative transitions and pranayama practices with the intention of creating sustainability and holistic awareness.
