A shortened version of our traditional Ompractice Vinyasa Yoga Class. Flow through a creative sequence of poses focusing on linking conscious breath to fluid movement to awaken your strength, energy, and flexibility. Recommended props: yoga mat, block (or book), strap (or scarf/towel)
Previous yoga experience strongly recommended.
This class expects students to have some level of prior experience.
You'll get a great workout, and still have energy later.
Lisa found yoga 10 years ago after an injury brought her to yoga. She has been practicing ever since, most of the time at YogaWorks, in the San Francisco Bay Area. Lisa received her diploma from YogaWorks, training under Melanie Salvatore August and Julie Conrad. Lisa’s focus is on "ASE" --Alignment, Stability and Elongation-- to allow for a sustainable and satisfying practice. Her intention is to provide a safe space where you can immerse yourself in yoga, and leave class feeling relaxed, revitalized and awesome!
