Meet Your Teacher

Tasha EdwardsJoined April 2023

Tasha found her way into the fitness world by selling gym memberships in 2003. After becoming a personal trainer and becoming certified to teach yoga within one month of each in 2004, she has become an international trainer and presenter, teaching several movement modalities and inspiring people to get moving in whatever way feels authentic to them. She is the mother of two grown children and the grandmother of one.

Wow! If you haven't tried this class yet, you are missing out. I am a month out of recovering from a serious car accident that forced me to make a step back from my regular yoga practice and weight lifting. This class has felt like the absolute best PT I can be doing. I am looking forward to the next class and I will be checking the video library soon.

This is a moderate class, equivalent to walking a mile or mile and a half according to Tasha. Much more fun than just walking and exercises the whole body. Tasha is always fabulous.

Love this class! My one ankle doesn't move at all so I have balance issues. I see an improvement since taking Tasha's class. Making me move in different ways than I normally do, building muscle and balance. I love Tasha! She's motivating, does all the moves along with you and is a joy!
