Observe, nurture and soothe your body and nervous system in this deeply rejuvenating class. Our practice begins with a guided meditation, before moving into deeply supported floor yoga postures. This is a slow-paced practice that targets the connective tissues and is developed for healing by drawing your attention inward. The purpose of this practice is to increase energy flow through the body. The physical and spiritual worlds will blur as you travel between sensation and transcendence of the mind. This class is accessible to all levels. Recommended props: yoga mat, two blankets (or towels), two bolsters (or pillows/couch cushions), two blocks (or books), strap (or scarf/towel), eye pillow (or hand towel/scarf)

Prema spent 9 years traveling, studying, and teaching at spiritual centers all over the world and has completed over 1500 hours of training. She is certified to teach Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yoga Energetics, Yin, Restorative, Prenatal Yoga, Kids Yoga, Mommy & Me Yoga, and Vipassana Meditation.
